Health care is one of the most pressing challenges facing our nation. almost discussion related to improving health care, whether it implicates reducing cost or improving patient safety and satisfaction, usually has technology as a core component.

Technology will not solve the problem, but used appropriately will contribute to the transformation of health care, as it has many other industries. health care professionals now a days works in team.to deliver high-quality, effective health care, team members share information and knowledge. as a member of a professional team, the nurse has the sameresponsibilities as other member.

 Because nurses are the major collectors and recorders of patients data in health care, their working environment is affected in many ways by this changes and development. The literacy in informatics  is a prerequisite for nurses' career advancement in a modern health care delivery system.
